What is subsidised home care?
Home care encompasses a range of care services, from personal care such as showering and companionship, to respite and specialised care, all provided in the comfort of your home. These services are eligible for subsidies through Means Testing, helping alleviate the financial burden on the elderly and families requiring care.

Home Personal Care
Stay safe and independent at home. Our trained caregivers can help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:
- Personal hygiene (diaper/clothing change, showering, feeding, toileting, etc)
- Elder-sitting
- Medication reminders
- Simple maintenance exercises (Therapist prescribed)
- Daily activities (Grocery shopping, light housekeeping, transferring, etc)
- Brain stimulating activities
Home Nursing
Receive quality nursing care at home, hassle-free. Our licensed local nurses can assist with procedures such as:
- NGT / PEG change
- Blood glucose check
- Tracheostomy care
- Stoma care
- Wound care
- Catheterisation (Male, female, and suprapubic)
Home Therapy

Review subsidy application
HNF will review your application and determine your eligibility for subsidised home care. Once approved, you will receive a service contract.

Please note that the Self-Assessment Tool would not provide immediate eligibility results for subsidised home care. There will also be a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks before the first care visit.
Care recipients with a monthly per capita household income of $2,800 and less are eligible for government subvention. Subsidies for eligible care recipients adhere to the Ministry of Health’s means-testing guidelines.
Cost of Subsidised Home Care
Enjoy home care at subsidised rates with Homage and Home Nursing Foundation. Service fee listed excludes GST and is applicable only for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.

What are the operating hours?
Subsidised home care services are available on weekdays only (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
Mondays to Thursdays: 8am – 5:30pm
Fridays : 8am – 5pm
When will I expect to hear back after completing the Self-Assessment Tool?
We will reach out to you within 3 to 5 working days upon your completion of the Self-Assessment.
If I am not eligible for subsidised care, can I still engage Homage services?
Yes, you can, however, you will not be able to enjoy the subsidised care rates for the services.
Who are your Care Providers?
Our Care Providers are passionate and dedicated to delivering quality elderly care to families and care recipients. They are trained caregivers, licensed nurses, and licensed therapists from all walks of life.
Are your services available islandwide?
Yes, our care services are available all across Singapore. Our Care Providers will be able to care for you in the comfort of your home.
Do you provide live-in caregivers?
Live-in caregivers are not provided under the Subsidised Care Partnership between HNF and Homage.
