Tele-ART service is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. For same-day consultations, bookings should be made by 4.30pm.

Who needs a supervised ART?

You will need a supervised ART result for the following:

Overseas pre-departure testing

Required for destination countries that require a negative COVID-19 ART before departure from Singapore.

Pre-departure testing for cruise

Your cruise operator may require you to undergo a supervised ART on boarding day and receive a negative result to board the ship.

Testing for inbound travellers entering or transiting through Singapore 

Available to Singaporeans, PRs, and Work Pass Holders entering and/or transiting through Singapore. 

Pre-event testing 

Test results are valid for 24 hours before your event.

How to book a supervised ART with Homage

Step 1: Schedule your appointment 

Fill up the form below to book your supervised ART appointment.

You can schedule a supervised ART session as soon as 1 hour from the time of booking.

Step 2: Prepare for your supervised ART

Prepare the following items before your video call:

Step 3: Conduct your tele-ART

1) Verify your identity with your physical IC/passport and present the batch/lot number on your unopened ART kit on camera to your swab supervisor.

2) After your swab, wait 15 minutes for results to be displayed. Your ART kit should be visible on camera throughout the 15-minute duration. 

Step 4: Receive your results within 2 hours

You’re all set! You will receive your results within 2 hours after your consultation via email. Results will also be reflected on your TraceTogether and HealthHub app.

If you are doing your pre-departure test, a pre-departure memo will also be sent to you via email within 2 hours.

Step 5: Make payment

An invoice payment will be sent to your email within 3 working days after the completion of your supervised ART. 

Payment can be made via debit or credit card through the ​​payment link embedded in the invoice.

Important information

  • Service availability: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Duration: Each consultation will last approximately 30 minutes, inclusive of the 15 minutes wait time for the ART results.
  • Number of pax: You may have a maximum of 4 people in one consultation. It is recommended that each of you dial in to the video call from your own respective devices.
  • Environment: Ensure that you take the video call in a well-lit and quiet area where your swab supervisor can see and hear you clearly.
  • Booking for another person: You may book a supervised ART on behalf of another person. However, the person you book for will have to be present and have their identification verified according to the details submitted in the form.

  • To reschedule your booking, you may reply directly to the email confirmation that was sent to you at least 1 hour before the initial booking timing. 

Cancellation policy

  • To cancel your booking, you may reach out to the team by replying directly to the confirmation email that was sent to you.
  • Full charges will be charged accordingly for any cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled booking.

The supervised ART (tele-ART) service is carried out via video consultation by a trained swab supervisor. This means you can take your tele-ART anywhere that you’d like.

Who can use the supervised ART (tele-ART)?

Individuals who require an ART result for various reasons such as:

  • Overseas pre-departure testing
  • Testing for travellers coming into Singapore
  • Pre-entry tests for nightlife activities 
  • Pre-event testing

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your ART test result is acceptable by your destination country’s entry requirements.

When can I take the supervised ART?

Do I have to provide my own ART kits? What kind of ART kits can I use?

Yes, you have to provide your own ART kits. Your ART kits must be HSA– or FDA-approved.

Why do I need two ART kits?

In the event that you get invalid ART results on your first kit, you will have to repeat the supervised ART with your second test kit (at no additional cost).

How long will each supervised ART consultation take?

It will take approximately 30 minutes, inclusive of the 15 minutes wait time for the ART kit results.

When will I receive my ART results?

Certified test results will be sent within 2 hours after your consultation via email and your TraceTogether and HealthHub app.

If you are travelling and doing your pre-departure test, a pre-departure memo will be sent to you via email.

I’ve made my supervised ART booking. How long will it take for me to have a confirmed appointment?

We will respond on whether your appointment is confirmed within one hour.

Is it possible to do the supervised ART for multiple people in one sitting?

Yes, you may do the supervised ART for a maximum of 4 people in one sitting, but it will cost $15 for each person. It is recommended that each of you dial in to the video call from your own respective devices such that your ART kits are clear and visible to the swab supervisor.
