Course Objectives
The Caregiver Training Certification (Basic) at Homage Academy is specifically designed for family members, domestic helpers, and those aspiring to become professional caregivers. This comprehensive course equips participants with essential caregiving skills through a blend of online theoretical content and hands-on classroom practice.
Upon completion of course, participants will be equipped with relevant caregiving skills such as personal hygiene, movement and transfer of clients, communication skills, fall prevention to provide the best care, management and support for their care recipients. Caregivers can become a trusted companion and health aide to look after their care recipient’s emotional and medical needs.
