What is the Homage Premier Care Pro programme?
The Premier Care Pro programme lets Care Professionals commit to a fixed 6, 9, or 12-month contract with a client to provide consistent, dedicated care, in exchange for steadier income and added income and rewards.
Instead of chasing one-off visits, you keep a recurring schedule with dedicated clients. In return, you earn a monthly bonus on every care hour, a completion bonus at the end of your term, and Premier Care Pro status with benefits like NTUC vouchers and health screenings.

How it works
1. Open the contracts tab in your CP app
The contracts tab brings together every contract available to you, drawn from clients you have already cared for.
2. Browse contracts available for you
Each one shows the schedule, location, and exactly what you will earn per month and across the full term, plus whether it counts towards Premier status.
3. Apply, choose your term, and sign
Tap ‘Apply’, pick 6, 9, or 12 months, review the details, and sign in the app. It takes minutes, and each contract is reserved just for you for a short window before it opens to others.
4. Track your progress under Active Contracts
Once you have signed, your contract moves to the Active Contracts tab, where you can see how far through the term you are, your remaining leave, and the bonus you have earned so far, all in one place.
What you can earn as a Premier Care Pro
As a Homage Care Pro, you already earn up to $19 an hour, and active caregivers can make up to $4,000 a month, depending on your schedule.
Premier Care Pro adds two bonuses on top of that standard pay:
- Monthly bonus: Extra income for every care hour you complete, rising with your commitment. 6-month contracts earn $0.50 per care hour, 9-month contracts $0.70, and 12-month contracts $1.00.
- Completion bonus: a lump sum at the end of your term. $30 for 6 months, $60 for 9 months, and $100 for 12 months.
For example, a 12-month contract of three 2-hour visits a week works out to about 24 care hours a month.
That earns you around $24 extra each month, plus a $100 completion bonus at the end, roughly ~$388 in added income across the term on top of what you already earn for those visits, with the security of a guaranteed schedule.
Who can join
You are eligible for the Premier Care Pro programme if you:
- Are an existing Care Pro with us and have an average rating of 4.5 or above
- Have at least one completed visit with the client you are contracting for

Keep an active contract of at least 16 care hours a month and the rewards grow: NTUC vouchers worth around $10 each month, plus health screenings to help you look after your own wellbeing too.

FAQs: Homage Premier Care Pro
What if I need to take leave?
Every contract includes a leave allowance based on your visit frequency and term. As long as you give at least 14 days notice before a visit, you keep your monthly bonus for that month.
What happens if my client is hospitalised or pauses care?
You will not be left without income. We can offer you replacement or freelance visits to fill the gap, and you can end the contract early without penalty in genuine circumstances like this.
Is there a fee for ending a contract early?
If you choose to end a contract before its term for personal reasons, a $50 processing fee applies. Genuine emergencies, such as your own hospitalisation or an accident, are exempt.
Do I have to commit to every single day?
No. If you cannot take on the full schedule, you can let us know which days or times work for you, and we will see what we can arrange.
Will signing affect my standing as a Care Pro?
Signing a contract is a positive signal of your reliability. Your usual rating and conduct standards continue as normal.
