How soon can I get a caregiver or nurse for my client?
The typical lead time for care is 3 days for caregivers and 5 days for nurses. Urgent care requests will be dependent on the availability of our Care Professionals.
Does Homage provide 24-hour care?
Yes. A 24-hour care shift will be fulfilled by 2 caregivers on 12-hour shifts each. This is to ensure we maintain the highest quality of care throughout the duration of the visit.
How does Homage support post-discharge care?
Homage Care Professionals can assist your client with activities of daily living including showering, toileting and feeding. To help keep post-discharge clients active, Care Professionals can also assist with simple rehabilitative exercises.
Homage can also support with nursing care including wound care, stoma care and injections where required.
What happens after I submit this client referral form?
(A) For referrals done at patient’s expense
- Our Care Advisory Team will contact the patient directly to gather more information before recommending a personalised care plan
(B) For referrals done on a co-payment or organisation endorsed basis
- Our Partnerships Team will contact you within 1-2 business days and a dedicated Account Manager will assist in onboarding you onto the Homage Enterprise Platform where you can submit requests for care on behalf of your clients
