About the role:

The main responsibility of the Sales Operations Analyst  is to bridge the gap between our Business Development and Internal Operations teams. You will be collaborating with the two teams to ensure successful delivery of our solutions to new and existing customers according to their unique needs and objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with end to end internal operations and delivery teams to define operating procedures and workflows in-line with the Sales targets and pipeline;
  • Own Supply and Fulfilment planning based on potential new accounts;
  • Set and agree SLA and fulfilment targets with Business Development teams and new partners to ensure smooth activation of new relationships;
  • Manage activation pipeline and timelines and consider any bespoke custom workflows for potential large accounts;
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and closing agreements to maximise profits whilst managing SLA setting and delivery;
  • Be an indirect influencer of partner relationships with the aim to assist the team to grow market share;
  • Drive solution development in conjunction with the Business Development team that will optimise existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
  • Oversee solution development in order to detect internal process duplication and opportunities to influence workflows to drive better efficiencies;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field and relevant experience in sales/business development. 
  • Ability to present, influence and build rapport with key stakeholders of all levels. 
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions. 
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills. 
  • Knowledgeable with software tools such as Salesforce & Hubspot with the ability to navigate through G-Suite tools and software. 
  • Ability to work resourcefully, independently and with urgency. 
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure. 
  • Ability to examine and identify various data points, translating it into clear and sizable operational plans.
  • Understanding of the Healthcare industry; Particularly NDIS and HCP markets is a plus. 
  • Previous experience working in a start-up high growth environment is desirable.
