The role: 

As the Supply Associate you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (Nurses and Caregivers) to ensure Homage can deliver on the operational requirements in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the timely onboarding of Care Professionals by supporting them through each onboarding stage which include interviewing, documentation uploading and obtaining of Police Checks and ABN numbers;
  • Regularly touching base with newly onboarded Care Professionals to ensure they stay engaged;
  • Support and execute local strategy to scale up operations successfully in Perth;
  • Manage and maintain accurate data in our CRM System;
  • Assisting management with the preparation of customer communication materials;
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and projects required by the Supply Operations Manager.

About you:

  • 1-2 year’s experience in a customer service role, operations, recruitment or community engagement.
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone with well versed communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability  to work resourcefully, independently and with urgency.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up high growth environment is desirable.
