Head of Fulfilment

Location: Singapore

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Operations leadership & team growth: Build, lead and scale the operations fulfilment team to achieve Homage’s growth goals and target fulfilment rates.

  • Sales operations: Define and improve operational workflows in regards to visits creation & fulfilment, care professional support centre and visits incidents management.

  • Excellent execution: Mature and implement data and product analytics frameworks and processes to gain required insights on visits fulfilment and care professional engagement.

  • Consultative sales: Develop deep empathy for care recipients and their loved ones as well as their end-to-end user journey with Homage; drive the team with a laser-focus on the people at the heart of Homage – customers, care recipients and care professionals

  • Business alignment: Ability to visualise where the Operations need to be, so as to define market-level OKRs and seek support and alignment from leadership and sales teams.

 

Skills & Experience

  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience in Operations, including 3+ years of managerial experience.

  • Proven track record of making an impact in a rapidly growing organization

  • Entrepreneurial: Proven ability to build from scratch including hiring and team building. Ability and desire to operate resourcefully, independently and with urgency.

  • Impact-driven and persistent: Motivated by moving the needle meaningfully, especially during times when it requires persistence and courage.

  • Analytical: Ability to closely examine and identify relevant information, and earn the respect of both leaders and operational teams by translating insights into clear, sizable operational plans.

  • Operational excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality. Similarly you hold your team to that level of standards.

  • Strong opinions, loosely held: Ability to articulate POV with clarity, humility, and a willingness to question one’s own assumptions / desire to constantly improve.

  • People leadership, with an eye for talent: Ability to assess and develop the talent we require to be successful. You lead with influence and build strong, productive relationships with various working styles and characteristics.

  • Business acumen: You deeply understand business fundamentals, potential growth and cost drivers, and can translate complex information into actionable operational plans in the context of driving business performance.

  • Integrity and trustworthiness

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English

  • A passion for caregiving while leading with empathy is a plus

  • Experience and understanding of the healthcare industry is a major plus
