The recent success in securing a US$30 million (RM 125 million) Series C financing round led by Sheares Healthcare Group, a wholly-owned healthcare enterprise of global investment firm Temasek is a huge vote of confidence in the Malaysia market given the current landscape.


We will use the latest financing to further accelerate our regional expansion and continue to scale our platform with the support of strong local and regional partners.


In this journey, we are looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about making aged care accessible to everyone to grow our geographical footprint, and build new business lines and verticals to create holistic home care. This role reports to the Head of Care Network and will be working closely with the country and regional leadership to deliver growth.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Onboarding new accounts/prospects/clients to be partners or users of Homage services
  • Research on different partnerships and service offerings
  • Work with sales team in generating sales pipelines
  • Liaise with leads/prospects/clients in sales processes of Homage services
  • Coordinate with Homage team and partners for service delivery
  • Record sales trends and liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies


The Must-Haves

  • Healthcare background with sales experience is highly desirable
  • 1 - 2 years experience in hospital and/or sales background
  • Driven individual with confidence to take on new challenges
  • Able to travel into hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Able to execute day to day tasks independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen
  • Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
