The Country Manager Singapore (CMSG) will be responsible for the smooth operation and growth of Homage’s business in Singapore. Working side-by-side with the functional team and supporting Homage’s commercial effort, the Country Manager will build and drive the agenda of a team spanning Sales, Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and People.


The Country Manager will own the revenue targets, lead the implementation of processes, drive operational excellence, hire, engage and retain the relevant talent while driving revenue growth and a profitability path. He/she will be supported and guided by Homage HQ’s global framework, functions and governance and will be responsible for achieving both top and bottom-line targets through the development and implementation of sound business strategies and operating plans.

The Country Manager will also be first in line to build and manage relationships with local partners and regulators as appropriate while closely coordinating with global functions.

The Country Manager Singapore will report to the Group CEO and be part of the Homage leadership Team. The Country Manager will build and oversee the team that manages all Singapore functions, including Operations, Finance, Partnerships, Legal, and People.



  • Develop, own and execute both direct to consumer as well as B2B and B2G business plans in accordance with agreed financial and business targets in line with Homage global strategy
  • Deal with all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, supply chain, fulfilment and overseeing execution, support, and Compliance functions;
  • Support and lead, as necessary, new business development, including sales presentations, local negotiations, client onboarding, and other activities as needed
  • Take a strong lead and hands-on approach in business development and operations; determine optimal utilization of staff and resources; improve the goals and accountabilities of the teams.
  • Enforce and enhance Homage brand awareness in Singapore; build strong government, healthcare and media relations
  • Source market data and research on trends, market conditions, competitors, and regulations and develop insightful strategies in response to emerging trends
  • Commercially minded; Self-starter and driven, with an ability to build and foster relationships with a wide range of relevant stakeholders (regulators, corporates, providers, payors, etc.)

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience with at least 3 in leadership/senior management roles. Prior working experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar senior operations leader in a fast-paced technology company;
  • Exposure in managing complex operations, including building and managing functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, including previous P&L responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent Homage in front of partners and regulators;
  • Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a flexible approach to work
  • Team player with strong collaborative qualities and a positive demeanour; 
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and make things happen
  • Extremely results-driven and execution-focused, motivated and entrepreneurial; ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent judgment and ability to build trust at all organizational levels
